Terms of Service

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the course or coaching services provided by Randy Cabezas ("Coach/Instructor"), you ("Student") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

The Coach agrees to provide the following services ("Services"):

- Course instruction in Courses.

- Group or one-on-one coaching sessions as specified in the course or coaching package purchased.

2. Fees and Payment

By purchasing the course or coaching services, the Student agrees to the fees and payment schedule as outlined on the checkout page. Payments are due according to the agreed terms at the time of purchase. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services.

3. Term

This Agreement becomes effective on the date of purchase and remains in effect until the completion of the course or coaching program, or until terminated by either party in accordance with this Agreement.

4. Code of Conduct

To maintain a positive learning environment, the Student agrees to:

- Engage respectfully with the Coach and other participants.

- Complete assignments and participate in sessions as expected.

- Refrain from any behavior that disrupts the learning environment, including harassment, offensive comments, or inappropriate conduct.

5. Right to Terminate or Reject Enrollment

The Coach reserves the right to:

- Terminate this Agreement if the Student breaches the Code of Conduct or fails to comply with the course requirements.

- Refuse or reject enrollment or continued participation at any point if the Student's behavior is deemed harmful or disruptive to others.

In such cases, no refund will be provided unless explicitly decided by the Coach based on the situation.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the refund policy stated on the course or product sales page at the time of purchase. No refunds will be provided after a specified date or after substantial course content has been accessed or consumed, unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, written content, and resources, are the intellectual property of the Coach. By enrolling, the Student agrees not to reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared during coaching sessions. The Student agrees not to share any proprietary information or materials provided by the Coach.

9. Disclaimer of Guarantees

The Coach does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the course or coaching sessions. The Student acknowledges that personal effort, engagement, and other factors influence their success.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Miami, FL, USA.

11. Implied Agreement

By purchasing or enrolling in the course or coaching services, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. Continued access to the course or coaching sessions implies consent to these terms.
